One 60-minute Zoom call. You fill in a short questionnaire beforehand. On the call we go through how your business runs and where your week goes.
Step 02
Four 60-minute Zoom calls. Take them weekly, or as one 4-hour session if you want the system live within a week. I do the build work before each call, so every call ends with something working.
Call 1
We review the business context I drafted from your audit, fill the gaps and lock it in.

Step 03
It starts with a 30-minute check-in 30 days after Call 4, included. We look at what ran, the hours it saved and what needs attention. AI tools change every month, and maintenance keeps your system working as they do.
New work is quoted separately.
